Our research group aims to discover, develop and understand new transition metal-catalyzed reactions. The discovery of fundamentally new transition metal chemistry and its development into practical, catalytic synthetic methods is a theme of our research.

Dr. Alexandra Strom 09-2016

September 2016: Dr. Alexandra Strom was awarded an NIH Postdoctoral Fellowship for research in Tim Jamison's research group at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA


January 2018: Dr. Rhett Baillie will begin his new position as a Scientist at Dow Chemical Company, Houston, TX.


December 2016: Dr. Jason Beiger will begin his new position as a Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry at Amgen Cambridge, MA.


September 2016: Dr. Jeffrey Holder will begin his new position as a Life Sciences Specialist at LEK Consulting, Los Angeles CA.


July 2015: Dr. Hee Yeon Cho will begin her new position as an Assistant Professor at Loyola University, Chicago, IL.


June 2015: Dr. Bijie Li will begin his new position as an Assistant Professor at Tsinghua University, China


Summer 2015: Dr. Aditya Gottumukkala will begin his new position as a Senior Scientist at PPG Industries in Pittsburgh, PA


May 2016: Dr. Hanna Key earned her Ph.D. degree. She will begin her new position as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Yale University, New Haven, CT in September 2016
